It was to be a semestral break to remember.  Sadly, it was also our last semestral break together.

Because of Janina’s sheer generosity (who willfully volunteered their Calatagan rest house), we were able to spend three days off our semestral break at their rest house in Calatagan, Batangas.

Welcome to the house of healthy living (at kamusta na may Tostitos sa gilid?!)

We had low expectations, but we planned really well.  We thought of activities to do, food to bring and stories to share.  When we arrived at Janina’s family’s rest house in Calatagan, it was like a scene off of Wish Ko Lang.  We were all screaming and pseudo-crying in awe upon seeing where we would be lazily spending the best three days of our lives.

We sang, drank, danced, cooked, slept, watched, swam and had a gazillion tons of fun.  Good times can only be shared with good friends.  Whether it’s in some mall or in the Outer Banks of the city, no place can be as memorable if it’s not spent with friends.

View of the house from outside. It was reportedly designed by the same mind behind CSB's new building. Woah.

Some more "refreshments" before leaving. He he he.

After all of it, we came back a tighter, closer group of friends other people couldn’t budge.  Some even come to the point of feeling alienated around us.  He he he.  Well, who can blame them?  We really had the time of our lives last semestral break.

Mababa talaga ang male to female ratio sa maskom eh. Kaya nga nag-iiba ang rules ng feminism at sexism dun. Wahehehehe =P
